Who may use WishSync

WishSync is for consenting adults who choose to use a private partner space. You are responsible for your account, the information you provide, and activity performed through your account.

Your content and consent

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give WishSync permission to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service for you and your connected partner. You must have the rights and consent needed to upload and share that content, including photos or information about another person.

Content and conduct rules

Do not use WishSync to create, upload, share, or promote:

• illegal content or illegal activity;
• child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, or any sexualization of a child;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation;
• credible threats, harassment, bullying, hate, or promotion of violence;
• impersonation, fraud, privacy violations, or disclosure of another person's sensitive information without permission;
• content that infringes intellectual-property rights; or
• malware, abusive automation, or spam.

WishSync may limit access, remove content, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect people, comply with law, or secure the service.

Reporting and blocking

You can report a partner or specific partner-visible content inside WishSync. Reports are reviewed only as needed for safety, enforcement, support, and legal obligations. Reporting does not automatically block an account.

Block & Disconnect immediately removes shared access and archives the active shared space. A block in either direction prevents new invitation acceptance and restoration between that pair. The person who placed a block can remove it in Settings; after unblocking, both people may reconnect and choose Restore Shared Space or Start Fresh.

Disconnect, archive, Restore, and Start Fresh

Disconnecting returns both people to solo accounts and archives the shared space. On a later permitted reconnection, both people can explicitly restore that archived space or start with a new one. Owner-private records remain governed by their existing privacy rules.

Beta service

WishSync is a beta service and may change, contain errors, or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. WishSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the beta. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as WishSync changes. When acceptance of a new version is required, the app will ask you to agree again before continuing. Questions can be sent to support@wish-sync.com. See the Privacy Policy for data-handling details.
